What’s the turnaround time of a bobblehead?

It takes 7 business days to 2 months to have your bobblehead(s) made and delivered. You can choose the time frame during the checkout. Following are the details of time frame and rush fee.

B. Slightly Rush (5-6 Weeks with Proofing) – Rush fee $20.00

What is PayPal?

PayPal increases your safety by keeping your financial account information private. You don’t have to share your account numbers with us unlike making a typical credit card payment over the Web. PayPal just sends us an email notice that the money has been transferred to our PayPal account but we never see your credit card or checking account information.

What’s the size of the bobblehead?

The standard size of our handmade bobbleheads is about 18 CM ( 7 Inches). Slight height tolerance shall be allowed as all items are 100% hand-sculpted.

How heavy is the bobblehead?

The weight of a bobblehead depends on which model you choose. In general, a single bobblehead is about 350g.

What is the bobblehead made from?

We make our bobbleheads by high quality polymer clay, which is more colorful and environmentally friendly than the general resin or plastics. You will find it more vivid and 3D alike than those made from synthetic resin.

What’s is the bobblehead made of?

All the bobbleheads are made of high quality polymer clay which is colorful and Eco-friendly.

Does the head bobble?

All of our bobbleheads can bobble their heads. If you like to have the head fixed, please advise your instruction on the comments section during the checkout.

If I’m not sure about the skin, hair or eyes colors, what should I choose?

Don’t worry about that. You can just choose the similar color first, then leave a message about your suggestion in the comment section during the checkout. After getting all your information, we will pass it to our artists to make the color as per your requirements.

How can I send the photos?

First, you can upload your photos directly through the order process. If the photos are too big to upload, please send them via email to service@bobbleheads.sg

How many photos should I prepare for my bobblehead?

Basically a clear front view and a side view photo are required. If you don’t have a side view, a clear front view should be good enough for artist will sculpt the face. Please make sure that the expression in the photo is that you want on the bobblehead as we can only make the expression according to the photo you sent.

Can I incorporate some special idea on my order?

Sure, but please place your order at the fully custom bobblehead section . You can either write your idea at the comments box or send us an email with your order number.

May I have my own uniform to instead of the outfit on the model item?

No problem, just send us the pictures of the uniform for reference. Changes on the clothes will subject to additional fee of $40 because the artist can’t use the pre-made body and have to re-sculpt a new body for your order.

Can I make some changes on the pose of the model bobblehead?

Yes, just feel free to send us the picture of the pose for our information, the artist will do as per your instruction. Changes on the pose will subject to additional fee of $40 because the artist can’t use the pre-made body and have to re-sculpt a new body for your order.

Can I add an accessory on my bobblehead?

Sure, just send us the picture of the uniform for reference, but change of clothes color and post will subject to additional charge of $40, because, in this case, the artist can’t use the premade body and have to sculpt a new body.

Can I design the bobblehead from head to toe?

Yes, just place your order at the fully custom bobblehead category and start designing your bobblehead from head to toe.

Can you make another expression instead of smiling?

Yes, just send us a photo for reference, the artist can only make expression as the photo you sent.

Proofing

How many proofs I will receive? Can I make change on the proof?

You will receive a complete proof once the sculpture is completed. Normally, 95% of the customers will give their approval on the first proof. If you are satisfied with the outcome, we will have it baked and shipped. If you are dissatisfied with it, just point out what makes the bobblehead doesn’t look like the real person, we will make the modification as per your comments, and send you new proofs, till you are satisfied with the item.

Where can you ship to?

Worldwide, with the efficient logistic service from DHL and FedEX, we ship items worldwide easily.

How long is the shipping time?

It depends on your locations. Normally to Singapore and Malaysia, the shipping time is 1-2 days. Logistic speed will slow down 2-3 days during the Christmas sales peaks ( Dec 15^th - Dec 25^th )

Can I combine the shipment if I place multiple orders?

Yes, just inform us with your order#, we will pack the items in the same package and ship to the same address.

What if the bobblehead got broken when it arrives at my door?

We have a very low incident rate of breakage. Each bobblehead is carefully wrapped by PEP foam film in good condition. If slight damage happened, a drop of super glue will easily fix the item back to normal.

What’s the price of a bobblehead?

The price of single bobblehead starts at $129 and double bobbleheads start at $248.

Can I get a discount for bulk order?

As all the bobbleheads are handmade, not produced by machine, we only offer discount on orders of 10+ units.

What if I’m not satisfied with the outcome of my bobblehead?

We proudly offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, just make sure you have sent a clear straight front view photo and specify what make the face doesn’t look like the real person, we will modified it as per your comments till you are satisfied with the result.
